the times stated in this brochure are for your guidance only and treatment times may vary from those stated, please allow a further 10-15 minutes for treatment preparation, consultation and aftercare advice. we feel it is important to offer our clients a relaxing and enjoyable experience and so it is advisable to arrive early for your appointment to avoid unnecessary delays. some treatments are not suitable for those with certain medical conditions. our staff will be happy to discuss any special requirements you may have.
if you have any of the following conditions please inform reception when making appointments: epilepsy, thrombosis, low/high blood pressure, diabetes, metal pins/plates, skin disorders, cancer, asthma, hepatitis, and pregnancy.
we are not able to offer certain services to under sixteens, ask reception for further details. we are, however, able to offer hair colouring from thirteen and manicures and hair styling to under sixteens.
Cancellations must be made a minimum of 48hrs prior to appointment start time. Cancellations made after that will be charged at 50% of the scheduled service. Same day cancellations/no show’s will be charged at 100% of the scheduled service payable immediately or added to next appointment. A deposit may be required prior to certain appointments.
10% student discount is available on any services over £20.00, with a valid student or ID card. not available in conjunction with any other offers.
NHS, 10% discount available to all NHS direct employee’s on production of NHS employment ID.
transcend gift vouchers are available online and in salon, please ask for details. we accept all major credit, debit and charge cards except American Express. Gift vouchers can be used on all services and retail but cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers are valid for one full year from date of purchase. Vouchers can be added to client account to extend validity. No cash refunds will be provided for unused portions of vouchers.
We are unable to refund purchased bespoke hair extensions due to the individual selection of hair colour and length. Hair extensions are to be fully paid for ahead of fitting appointment. Consultation deposit required which will be redeemed against fitting cost, not hair extension purchase cost.
